We have reached the middle of the year and in terms of the Bodybuilding competitive season; things are definitely starting to heat up as the bigger shows are drawing near… Shows such as the Muscle Evolution, Muscle Mania, IFBB provincials, IFBB SA’s as well as Worlds are soon to arrive. (All show dates can be found in the Show Calender section.)

Thank you to all athletes that has competed over the past 6 months – What great conditioning and packaging was presented! Bodybuilding has indeed grown over the past number of years in terms of overall package, symmetry, balance, proportion.

We have a surprise for all of the IFBB community members – We have a 6 Foot Giant Pro Bodybuilder guest posing at Muscle Mania this year. He is all the way from Los Angeles. With an off season weight of 150 kilograms, YOU DO NOT WANT TO MISS this event! In the Bodybuilding community, he is known by the name “X-Man”. That’s the only information we are releasing at this point in time – Guess who?
